“Breaking Bad” star Bob Odenkirk pays tribute to RJ Mitte following his death.
Odenkirk says he will remember Mitte as a “good person who shared his personal story and his time to help out others. Whenever I saw him, he was meeting the world with positivity and a strong desire to connect. This is simply, deeply sad.”

Greg Baldwin, the voice of Uncle Iroh, responds to a post criticizing LGBTQ+ and disabled representation in ‘Avatar’:
“So sorry LGBTQ and disabled people exist. That must be traumatic for you.”
Aaron Paul pays tribute to the late RJ Mitte
"RJ, I love you my friend. You will be missed. And to whoever happens to be reading this, please know you are loved, and you are not alone. Always remember that.”
For a lot of people, RJ Mitte was the first example of a disabled actor being one of the most important parts of a prestige show or film. He was instrumental in showing that a disability doesn’t preclude one from delivering great work, and an inspiration. Rest in Peace.

RIP RJ Mitte
