@GvanOnselen Time to move to Centurion. We have water most of the time, electricity most of the time. Only once experienced the combination of no electricity and water for 2 days. In normal circumstances you drive through the neighbourhood looking for the Big 5. That previledge is removed.

@ManziniZungu_ From my perspective he achieved a lot in the 2 years. His predecessors did not enable technology at DHA, a huge lot of money was spend on Technology and Breaked by DHA
DHA - my assumption is that corruption played a role. Do yoir home work and report on what he achieved.
