Anfield is gunna be awash with burner phones in two seasons time. Never in favour of ID a point of purchase or entry, so not sure how to solve touting issues. Loads of phones get passed to out of towners in the glenbuck every home game, needs sorting.

@EdsLFC While I think ID checks to stop touting may be needed, the whole safety argument doesn't sit with me tbh. Knowing where people sit is overkill and nanny state, like these searches, they're never stopping a terrorist attack. The jacobs law doesn't require these searches too btw

200 seats in AR it sounds like. Not bad, it's a start. 200 people can make good noise. Just need a few proper game people in there and it could be great. If a fan group forms from it they can advocate for bigger and better things too. Have to start somewhere.

Deep down, you can tell he's a genuinely good fella. The way he handled everything that happened off the pitch during the summer was excellent, and that first season was unbelievable. It's sad how it all ended, but he'll always be remembered for delivering that league title.
