This is not something we should have to be worried about in a state that relies so heavily on emergency certifications that we had to release a signing bonus just to try and convince certified teachers to come here.

@rolandopeyoyo @Erin_Christy Terrible pay is statewide. We have a step schedule for teachers. That is a DOE/Walters issue that he is blaming her for. And the rest of those are all related to that, because having teachers that know what they’re doing requires being at least somewhat competitive.
