@ViasatInternet now that a tech has contacted us...it’s a little ridiculous that you scheduled a repair when no one was in our area. Also ridiculous that you have to send someone else out at 9pm because of it. It’s not safe for your tech or us to have an appointment that late.

@ViasatInternet after pushing back my appointment time 3x today...your technician has not called or shown up. The last I heard from your team was at 5:26 pm and was told the tech was not answering his phone. Needless to say I’m going to start shopping around for a better service.
