Day 2 of trying to contact @PassportCan to find out with to do about the errors in my kids passports. No info on website, calling the phone number says it “can’t connect” and no response from social media. Is COVID *still* an excuse for terrible service to Canadians?

Hey journalist friends - curious how often passports are misprinted, especially now when there are so many applications being processed. Anyone done a story? Not for nothing, but my two other nationalities passport applications were 100% online.
