Imagine an a vast, rulebased universe for storytellers where YOU create a character, put them in scenarios with NPC interactions and conflicts. Then, a “writers room” turns it into 3 acts which are primed to generate short form visual media output. It becomes official lore,
Rooster: TALES FROM THE ZEROVERSE
Episode 2
The episode starts with a recap of the story so far, thanks for checking these out. It means a lot, these tools have their quirks but JUST. KEEP. GOING. 😎
I’m working on restructuring my digital portfolio and highlighting ongoing content, here’s what I’m thinking:
Strinky the Slime represents a bizarro world 1990s TGIF style. Irreverent, light hearted, sort of adult swim audience. I’ve been this frog for 11 years, bringing him to life this way has felt right!
Next up: Wild Desert, a collection of collaborative works like Blintwood, which all take place in an alternate reality where dragons rule the skies and outlaws are the stars across different time periods.
And finally: ZeroVerse, my decades long pet project universe, which will be represented 2 ways: he-man style animated worldbuilding shorts, and longform cinematic fantasy/scifi films striving for photorealism like our Webby nominated korus film in December.
Soon I’ll be delivering stories explaining how Konductors use Hypogeums like Stonehenge and Malta to alter parallel realities, the origins of Dyn during the Philadelphia experiment, and Rooster earning his name in the Low Earth Orbit wars of 2100 😎
I’ve been writing stories in this world the old fashioned way with pen and paper, and bringing them to life was my initial draw to this tech. I believe this year is the tipping point where rubber meets the road on longform cinematic GenAI storytelling, and i am pushing myself constantly on being a better storyteller. That’s my drive and motivation. I have to tell these stories, and now i can bring them to life so you can truly experience them.
I think I’ve got a great foundation to turn @kreation_labs into a REALLY cool indie production studio. My background in software makes me see paths in gaming as well. Those who have known me a while know i was talking about this last September, but i think only NOW people are seeing I’m not crazy.. It’s becoming self evident what direction entertainment is headed.
None of this would be possible without GenAI and all of YOU here on X: the ongoing collaborative environment this place is SO good at fostering is like some kind of school on the digital frontier.
This same school changed my life with crypto in years past, and i have a feeling im surrounded by peers who will change their lives in the years coming. I see pioneers, visionaries, and underserved audiences intersecting into a new Hollywood/gaming industry hybrid powered by our participation.
The road ahead is so exciting and there is no glass ceiling—it is clear sky above us. We are once again early, my friends. 😎
ZeroVerse Lore:
Pythagorean scale is the key to "Kørus"—the tonal math of space and time itself. Practitioners trained by the secret schools can shift their superposition left and right through realities--never forward or backward.
They rearrange the planes of existence in an act of their own preservation, dragging vital objects of power with them into The Zeroverse to course correct its collapse.. Once the Origin universe goes, so do all the Verses. Their Hypogeum chambers are audial portals activated by their ritualistic choirs.
If they desire something in your timeline, these "Konductors" may pay you a visit..After all, they need it more than you.
So.. have you been visited?
In Wild Desert 76, there's only one rule: Never get out of your ride..
Meet Dusty Chagwood. He's a Bounty Hunter 'round these untamed lands. They say his grandfather tamed dragons here not but 100 years ago.. Of course, no ones seen a dragon since.
Should I make this show? 🤔
TALES FROM THE ZEROVERSE is a new, ongoing series that brings to life the elements and characters at play in my world, ZeroVerse! I present episode 1: Rise of the Monark.
I'm blending everything i've learned this last year: cinematic style, pacing, editing, battles, narration, dialogue, photorealistic and animated styles. I'm also using just about every tool in my belt here: different needs call for different execution.
I can't wait to grow this synthesized style of storytelling.. short yarns that can be taken as a "point of view" of key events.
So.. would you like to hear a story?
In ZeroVerse, Mars was once populated by an advanced civilization.. now, the Drukpa live in their ruins, and men made beasts by the Wyrmblud rob them of all peace.. These towering, enraged behemoths crave conquest so that the Keepers of Between may smile upon them..
Good evening, wizards. Creating digital art is an act of magic.. Have you conjured anything today? Share your creations in the comments and I’ll make a short film from my favorite 😍
In the Wild Desert, one man still believes the BIG one is out there..
This movie was made in less than 24 hours. Starting from concepts live-devved on @X by myself and @RTW2221, to storyboards/locations/characters, music/editing, to now!
Enjoy and have a great weekend! 😎
ONE SHOT. ONE PROMPT. After months of extensive practice with directing grok, today I jumped on the new @higgsfield seedance unlimited package to start putting my skills to work!
The BEST way to learn any skill is with the cheapest and challenging repetitions possible: a cheap guitar, a skateboard with 3 wheels. THEN you are really ready to use pro gear, and appreciate the nuance.
This short was generated from one shot, and one prompt. No redos or edits, just maximum efficiency. 😎
What do you think? Did you see that?
