This is no longer just a vehicle complaint. This is a serious question of dealer accountability.
I purchased a BRAND-NEW TVS iQube from Periyar Motors TVS, Aluva. Within ONE WEEK, the vehicle developed “Error C” and refused to start.

@tvsiqube @tvsmotorcompany I took it to Periyar Motors Service Centre. Their explanation was that the vehicle had outdated software, which they claimed to have updated. Today, the SAME ERROR has returned and the vehicle has AGAIN refused to start.The vehicle is once again with Periyar Motors Service Centre

@EurekaForbes I have a water purifier at home and I have booked a service request on June 18th but no one has turned up till now. Service request number is CM-180625-53496305. Contact number is 9249339365 and 9820682717. I had called customer care 5 times but nothing happened
