@airtelindia I have placed a complaint regarding the disrupted services of Airtel Wi-Fi on 11th April. No resolution has been made yet. I have received no calls or intimation regarding a technician being allotted for service either.

I received no intimation of technician. I can’t talk any customer care since they keep telling that my complaint is still open. My work is getting severely hampered and I have to keep recharging my phone for hotspot. Please resolve this immediately.
