I have unedited video proof AND official cafe CCTV footage emailed directly by the cafe showing the sealed box opened for the first time.
Called right after (past closing time, no response). Visited/called next morning, and the staff rudely dismissed it. (2/3) @realmecareIN

The center rep outright claimed CCTV/video proof could be "AI-generated" to dodge accountability!

Is this how @realmeIndia @MadhavSheth1 treat customers? Demand an immediate investigation & genuine replacement.
