@Charles_Keith what is the point of purchasing from a brand when this is what is comes to. I cant use the footwear because the leather is chipping off from a lot of places.

@Charles_Keith Recently purchased a footwear from your website. At first i never used them still the leather was chipping off. On getting in contact with your team, i was denied any return or any sort of help, stating it had been out of my return period. I totally get that.

We also tried to Web check in but it was said that check in directly at the counter.
This is really unacceptable.
We are asked to pay an amount of ₹6600 to take the flight next day.

We had a flight from Jodhpur to Mumbai at 2.20 pm today.
We reached the airport at 1.30, got our bags sealed and were asked if bombay passengers and made us wait for 5-10 mins and told us we will be checked in.
At 1.38 pm we were at the check in and then denied check in.

The behaviour of the staff was extremely rude.
The bombay flight also landed 10-15 mins after we reached
they could have easily checked us in but did not.
As per them if we were late, they should not have sealed our bags at the first place.
