in kargil our soldiers were killed by enemy on top. we suffered heavy losses. all bos that govt did not want to cross LOC .bcos of govt policy our men were literally butchered by pakistan 1000s injured ! and yet govt calls it victory! non sense . our army should have crossedloc.
