یکی از خوبیهای کار در محیط آکادمیک، “دانشجو” ماندن در تمام دوران کاری‌ست. این هفته یک برنامه آموزشی شش ماهه را شروع کردم که برای اساتید دانشگاه در سطح پروفسور و Associate Professor طراحی شده تا با جنبه‌های مختلف مدیریت گروه آموزشی آشنا شوند و همینطور مدیریت زمان، منابع و تمرکز بر اولویتها. این دوره شامل جلسات اختصاصی با coach های با تخصص مختلف هم خواهد بود. منظور این است که اگر مسئولیتی به شما داده می‌شود، آموزش لازم هم فراهم گردد. جلسات هم در ساختمان اصلی دانشگاه و اتاقی شروع شد که عکس نامداران سالهای دور و نزدیک دانشگاه به دیوار آویخته بود و بسیار الهام‌بخش. عکس “همکلاسی‌ها” را هم گذاشتم که البته اغلب پروفسور هستند و تعدادی هم Associate Professor. خلاصه در شش ماه آینده دانشجو هم خواهم بود :)
