What’s a baseball hill that you will die on?

Mine easily is, if you don’t throw strikes you won’t pitch with any regularity on a team I coach. You can’t defend walks.

Throwing strikes isn’t losing velocity, it’s finding repeatable movements to be consistently in the zone
