With Switzerland coming to town for the World Cup Saturday, I take a look at if they’re used to our heat, humidity, & stormy weather here in KC.

There are some big differences between where you sit & how hot it feels when watching games at Arrowhead Stadium.
I break down the hotter & cooler spots & apply it to our 8 pm World Cup match on Saturday.

We’re tracking the chance for multiple rounds of rain & storms later this week.
This more active stretch starts Wednesday night & last through Friday, although more isolated storms can’t be ruled out on match day Saturday. There will be a lot of dry hours mixed into this stretch.
The flood & severe threat doesn’t look very impactful as of now.

June & the start of meteorological summer is fast approaching! Here’s what to expect during the summer months of June, July, & August in the KC area. #summer#forecast
I'm happy to announce that I've received the American Meteorological Society's Certified Broadcast Meteorologist designation!
Earning the AMS's highest distinction for a broadcast meteorologist is a dream come true! I want to thank my mentors, coworkers, colleagues, & family for their support through this process. Looking forward to carrying this seal proudly for the rest of my career!
So many non-Jews have sent messages to say they are also wide awake and watching. Thank you. Anyone with a soul and a conscience would want to watch this moment.
To all Hollywood actors and Democratic policymakers who believe there's a genocide:
Go on all media outlets RIGHT NOW and beg Hamas to accept the deal.
The "genocide" can end right now!
If not, then it's obvious you care more about hating Israel then loving Palestinians.
Hey, @WSJ, @Reuters, @AP, @AFP, @nytimes, @CBSNews - your journalists have been exposed for supporting Palestinian terror, expressing anti-Israeli bias, or having unethical ties with terrorists. Why are you letting them report on Israel? https://t.co/AezXknB6e2
Here’s what happens. People get comfortable.
The Italians, the Jews, the Greeks, the Irish, they built New York City, but now they’ve all moved out to the suburbs. Even the ones still in the city don’t care anymore. They’ve got their homes, their careers, their routines.
They’ve accepted decay as normal.
They make a fist in their pocket when they pass someone sketchy. They hop over a bum on the sidewalk. They pretend this is how it’s always been.
It’s not.
It’s not normal to feel this way.
I was born and raised there. I know the feeling. But once you live in a place that’s clean, safe, and functional, you realize how broken NYC has become.
If there’s even a 1 percent chance you might get stabbed on your commute, you’re not in a good place. My wife taught me that after I dropped my NYC bravado.
Now this new wave of socialist garbage shows up promising free bus rides, free food, free handouts, and it works.
It rallies every bottom-feeder and activist freak in the city.
Why? Cause that’s what those people are used to, because they come from failed countries.
They don’t know success.
That’s the game. You promise enough freebies, and all the scum shows up to vote.
That’s how you lose a city.
