I am extremely excited and blessed to announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Mississippi Gulf Coast CC!
From the little girl wearing knee savers at 8 years old who fell in love with the game, to all the miles traveled, practices, highs, lows, successes and failures, every step in the journey has led to the COAST! First, I want to thank God for His plan and His timing~it truly is always right!
Next, I would like to thank everyone past and present who have helped me live out my dream of playing college softball.
To my dad, who has spent countless hours with me hitting in the cage and on the field working throw downs. To my mom, the best travel partner, biggest supporter, and best friend I could ever ask for. To my sisters, Calise and Kennan, who have been my biggest cheerleaders and have given up so much so I can follow my dreams. To Coach Trae, thank you for the constant belief, support, and your guidance through this process! To Coach Michelle and Coach Kenny, thank you for taking a chance on me and I will be forever grateful for the environment that y’all created to close my travel ball chapter.
And finally, a huge thank you to Coach Izzy, Coach Duke, Coach K and MGCCC softball for giving me an amazing opportunity to play at the next level and making me feel at home. I'm incredibly excited and honored to represent the Bulldogs! @IzzyWerdann @kailey_hil @coach_duke22 @latbolts2027 @MGCCCSoftball
