For batch 2 and 3 and collab sale. Binigyan nalang namin sila IC hamnida ng palugit hanggang end of October at November to deliver the albums. Kapag wala pa din, we will opt for refund. This is thru agreement in demand letter we sent them from attorney.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and the delays that's happening on the refund for batch 1, the refund money that our supplier IC HAMNIDA promised last Monday didn't reflect on my bank account.

Batch 1: Waiting for 3 boxes from IC Hamnida. They have another 7 boxes from batch 5 to be shipped out from kr but if the buyers cannot wait for those boxes, they said that they will provide a refund this sept to october.

According to our supplier IC Hamnida, they are albums waiting to arrive in their manila warehouse and they promised to deliver them to us this September for batch 1. All OOS albums and...

Other albums that they will fail to provide us in the said timeframe will be subjected to a refund from them. Emails have already been sent to those buyers with affected albums last August. Refund will be transfered in Sept to Oct in batch 1.

And we are still waiting for their updated percentage of batch 7 as they did not include it in their mass update.

Waiting pa tayo sa current status ng Batch 3 from IC Hamnida (our supplier). It is under their batch 7.

++ Everyone is familiar with the courier strike happened in Korea a month ago and it is still affecting the current batches. IC Hamnida promised that they will be giving us an update every Monday, so that our buyers wouldn't be intimidated on the albums.

To clear things out, our main and only supplier is IC HAMNIDA. And on the issue about my other reseller, kmerch ordered 531 albums on batch 1 and another 515 on batch 2 which are under IC hamnida batch 5 and 6. ++

++ We conducted a Google meeting with IC HAMNIDA and it went well. There are 3 boxes that were already in transit here in PH, and we're expecting maximum delay of the albums up until the last week of September for batch 1 because of the congestion of the boxes on the couriers.++
