Someone is impersonating me on Instagram. The person is extracting info about me from the web. When I complained to Twitter, the response was that the account meets Instagram guidelines. How do I make a formal complaint where I can present evidence?
I agree with @JournoJoshua. Also, this is a complex topic where generalities and assumptions are not necessarily the truth. And, Twitter is probably not the best forum for discussion.
@JournoJoshua --- more experiences with blk ppl who weren't born poor, and/or assimilated out of self-protection, I became less protective of black experience/culture. When they finally came around to acknowleging their own blackness I too acknowledged it.
