@AvantiWestCoast Am I able to get a cross country train instead? All the other Avanti services that day have changes which I'd rather avoid. If the train I was originally getting is still showing up on the timetable then why does my ticket say it's been cancelled? Can I still get on at that time?

@AvantiWestCoast Hi, I am meant to be travelling to Edinburgh on 22nd Aug but my train from Birmingham has been cancelled (I've not been notified via email or anything, I checked myself). Can I get on another train from Birmingham to Edinburgh or do I need to book another ticket?
