चुनाव में सबसे कीमती चीज़ सिर्फ़ वोट नहीं, उस वोट पर जनता का भरोसा है। और जब उसी भरोसे पर गंभीर सवाल उठने लगें, चुनाव आयोग के भीतर से ही फैसलों पर आपत्तियों की खबरें सामने आएँ, तो जवाबदेही से बचा नहीं जा सकता।
