We will be launching our Cajun Nuggets this Sunday at @ELyMarkets. The nuggets are seitan bites covered in crispy breadcrumbs and served with a sauce of your choice - we like sweet chilli. Just like the notdogs they are hand made by us in Ely.

We came (to the market), we saw, we got soaked to the skin. Need to rethink the stall a bit after Sundays's wash out. Thanks to lovely people at @SilverOakCoffee who gave us moral support and the most delicious oat milk coffee. The sun is shining today and we will be back soon.

After getting everything organised for our launch we have been thwarted by the weather....there is a forecast of high winds tomorrow in Ely so market is cancelled :( Weather permitting we should be at @ElyMarkets this Sunday
