@bsnl_ap_circle Fiber Net connection not working again. Please check my complaints in your directory. Every month twice I face this challenge and have been reporting but not improved their customer service and no response from TRAI as well @TRAI about this BSNL services.

@bsnl_ap_circle Fibernet not working. Reporting 3rd time in a month. Exchange circle AE called last time and asked to call the num 08554230850 personally for any kind of issues & when I call, they say call a different num as they don't deal with fibernet services & gave a dif num

But that diff number person says to raise a complaint. Then why he has to give that false assurance. The entire bsnl support system is big failure. And you guys have given it to 3rd party vendor to take care of these things. Please refund 5K amount that was collected.

@bsnl_ap_circle Within a week again same issue. Fibernet stopped working and technician replies they can't come till 10 AM as the machines are available at office and the Govt. Emp come to office only after 10 AM or 11 AM. No proper support and for this I paid 5500 with out bill
