My job as not only President and CEO is to ensure all behind the scenes non baseball needs and execution happens, but also as President of Baseball Operations that the event flow, pyramid, progressive event structure, player identification and acquisition, scouting and development processes, and especially personnel needed to complete this picture doesn’t lapse. If that personnel compromises this complete process and makes it about them instead of the player, they must go.
But none of it matters without player and family buy in and on the ground local org/coach execution. That is always the most important piece. With a partnership or affiliate agreement, that falls to me too.
The proof is in the results, and its player first but a very complicated and yet simple process that’s far more than drills or rankings. It’s a collaborative effort and knowing when to expose each player to what is how they grow and reach their goals.

Another guy I think makes an instant impact. Vandy has a really good track record with arms from NJ. Fastball is up to 94 and has a really good sweeper too. Also projectable (6-3, 212) + this stuff will play https://t.co/7DEpRFptqN
