@SeaOfThieves You guys need to drop everything you’re doing to address this, and put an end to it. Communication is needed AT THE VERY LEAST. We asked for an anti cheat, and you gave us the joke of EAC and cheating is somehow 10x worse than it was without it. So is harassment towards people. I have had the worst things imaginable said to me and the people I play with. Sometimes daily. I’ll have cheaters server hop for me just to harass. 4 hours played fresh accounts with 100% achievements, and teleporting and aim botting like crazy. It doesn’t make any sense why this is being tolerated.

And @SoT_Support is useless, we are not even allowed to find out what happens with our reports, or tickets. We get the same AI generated responses, told off, closed tickets after no solution was given, etc.

How can you as a business allow this to your customers?? You guys act like everything is fine, and nobody except @ChappersChapman seems to even give a shit about the game you guys work on. It’s frightening.

Your CMs insist so heavily on silencing players, removing feedback, ignoring us, etc. Your own mods belittle and demean players who are simply just asking to be heard. It’s uncalled for. You try to bend the narrative of the game to your liking when you KNOW it’s nothing like that. Your game is in an emergency state, and it’s getting worse by the hour. You may not want to accept it, but it’s true.

We can only keep saying this stuff so many times before this game we all love falls apart. Either start working on this and fix it, or just plainly tell us you’re done with us and we’ve all been cast aside. Because I, and many others are at the end of our rope with the state of the game, and this is getting absurd.

This “ship” is sinking. Do something about it.

I’m not convinced Rare is capable of fixing this issue, but radio silence likely hurts more than it helps. And while CMs can’t fix this, the responses feel very callous.

All I can say is I wouldn’t let my daughter play this game alone.
