@Walmart After weeks of trying to reserve a pickup time because I have a compromised immune system, I finally was able to pick up an order this evening. Everything was good except for the milk that was 10+ days past expiration. So disappointed I need to go back out to get more.

@starbuckshelp I went to your new location inside @shaws in Franklin Ma and was unable to purchase a gift card. I was told their registers do not have that capability yet. Is this something I can expect in the future? They had cards in their possession, just couldn't load them.

(3) @shaws It wasn't until waiting over 20 minutes, was I told about the lack of gift card capability. I highly doubt @Starbucks would open a location without ensuring it to be able to serve all functions.

(2) @shaws The assistant front end manager did not know how to use the register at the @Starbucks The only employee in the store with the knowledge to help was too busy on the phone.
