The transaction with @Maverik for the sale of @kumandgo and @Solar_Transport has closed. The next chapter for both organizations begins today and will build on six decades of hard work and success.

@Maverik, together with its parent company, FJ Management, has officially completed the acquisition of @kumandgo and Solar Transport from Krause Group.

The closing of this transaction grows Maverik’s footprint to over 800 stores in 20 states with 14,000 Team Members!
