So my @elgato #Camlink 4k i bought 6 months ago died last week... and now they deny warranty purely based on me buying from a commercial seller that wasn't on their secret list of authorized sellers...i feel like that should be against german or european #consumerprotection laws?

@ElgatoSupport if only your "Escalations Manager" was professional enough to not double down on a provably wrong argument and then only replying with "contact the original seller" when confronted about it. Guess that's how @elgato treats people that support a #smallbusiness instead of amazon.
