Feels like Phil seeing Clark on TV and connecting the dots didn't matter.

@normal_jake_ We are just going to see more teams stuck being bad for 5-10 years. If the nba wants to fix tanking they should incentives quick rebuilds so that teams aren't stuck being bad for long. And im really sick of the argument that good players can come from lower picks, thats just luck
