@simplehuman I would not buy any of their products. I have a wall magnifying mirror that the cheap plastic retaining washer broke. The mirror falls. They say it’s out of warranty and they do not SELL any replacement parts. So a $300 mirror is useless. #junk #poor quality

You are the same company look it up you will see that they gave me a lifetime warranty. I have since traded that jeep in and bought another Jeep. I will not buy another Mercedes.

@MercedesBenz I do not recommend buying a Mercedes-Benz. Our GLA with 15,000 miles needed a cylinder head replacement. I asked Mercedes-Benz to extend the warranty on the engine and they said no. You would think they would stand behind their product and the repairs that they made

When I called and spoke with your company the goodwill would’ve been to extend the engine warranty. I had a jeep transmission go out at 1600 miles. I asked them to extend the warranty they gave me a lifetime powertrain warranty. That is customer service

You replace the cylinder head at 16,000 miles. I called Mercedes and they would not extend the engine warranty. If you truly trust your products and your technicians you would extend the engine warranty

@cioccagroup I have been trying to contact higher management about an issue for a month now. Numerous phone calls, private messages and nobody returns my call. At this point I do not recommend buying any cars from any of their dealerships.
