We are deeply disappointed with ASUS, as even one month after placing the order we still do not have a fully functional monitor and have not been informed when we will receive a replacement device. This is the worst customer support we have ever experienced. @asusrogde @ASUS

We’ve sent the defective unit back and are now waiting for Asus to finally ship a replacement device. Other manufacturers usually send out a new unit immediately after a transport damage report. We’ll keep you posted and hope the replacement is on its way soon! 📺#asusrogde @ASUS
