@docgoble In 0:28-0:30, the ball evades the player’s grasp momentarily. No longer being able to feel the ball with his cutaneous senses (his hands), it cues his body to grasp onto it to secure it from the rival player.
@awagrowskii This video is super interesting to me! I’m currently going through rehab for my knee following surgery, and my quads have not been firing. So, I have been hooked up to a couple things to try to see how much they are activating and trying to get them to move more!
I’m taking #EXS3030@OaklanduSHS with @docgoble because I have a love for mobility and health concerning physical movement. I am looking to apply to be an occupational therapist, and I think this class will provide a good foundation for my future career.
