I'm not really even upset that my kid's band didn't make it. But there were a couple of OUTSTANDING local performances that didn't qualify for finals because schools from DFW took spots they should have had.

Dear @BANDSOFAMERICA Why are there 6 East Texas bands in the WEST Texas regional finals? Our kids bust their butts every season & get shut out every year. 😢 Keep it fair & limit how many out of area bands can sign up.
