@BandQ what do I need to do to get my complaint resolved? I have been trying to sort a missing item in a delivery since 14 May, but to no avail. I’m surprised and disappointed at the level of customer service from such a reputable company. Any help gratefully received.

A long shot BUT my sister Tali has cerebral palsy and her greatest joy is cycling around on her big red trike, singing at the top of her voice. Today the bike was stolen from her flat in Golders Green (NW London) and she is devastated! Pls pls spread the word and keep an eye out!
