After waiting 25 minutes for a bus—during rush hour—it arrives w/over 60 passengers. Driver says bus close-ish behind is nearly empty. Felt lucky til 2nd driver announces she’s waiting 15 minutes so they’re not running neck & neck. Make it make sense @MTA#newnormal
Dear @MTA & @OMNY,
You couldn’t suck more if it were your job. After forcing yet another ‘upgrade’ the cards only work 1/2 the time. Luck into a staffed station & they are helpless. You want access to my phone & banking? Please.
Love,
Kristina
Someone please explain how waiting twice as long—sometimes longer—for a completely packed bus makes the @MTA more efficient. Guessing this isn’t the case everywhere but it DEF is in Queens. Screwed as always.
@nypost Why has this despicable criminal not been permanently cancelled? Anyone who watches his too little, too late documentary/payday should look within. The Haim family (& God knows who else) should sue him in civil court.
Hey @MTA! Just waited over half an hour for the Q39 in LIC. It is commuter time, right? Those consolidated routes sure are working their magic. Well worth turning Queens from a transit desert to a dust bowl.
Between the new ‘improved’ bus routes creating an even bigger commuter desert in Queens & the ongoing shizshow that is the 7 train, incompetence is clearly a job prerequisite at the @MTA. Wonder if they’re accepting applications. 🤔
