@IRCTCofficial when I have clearly selected my choice as a lower berth for older people and the ticket availability is showing as more than 250. Still you have allocated upper berth.
What's the point in asking for a choice of berth ?

@OlaElectric Hi, my issue has not been resolved yet. They said my vehicle will get towed on Monday and till now there is no response from the ready assist team. My ola scooter battery is left out with only 4% charge and it's not getting charged.. who will be responsible for the battery damage
