turns out the hardest part isn't connecting them. it's knowing what a call actually costs.

some providers list one price in their model API and bill a different one depending on how the request got routed. so the number you plan around and the number you're charged aren't always the same.

we built a reconciler for it. it checks what a call really cost after the fact and corrects the difference, so your bill matches reality instead of an estimate.

we've also moved most models to route through frontier labs directly or providers with fixed, published pricing.

If you’re building an AI startup in India, 2026–27 is probably the most
important window you’ll get.
Not because of hype. Because of math.
Enterprise AI spending in India is projected to go from $11 billion to $71
billion by 2030. That’s a 6x jump in 4 years. But here’s the thing about 6x
markets — the companies that win are usually the ones that got in during the
first 2x, not the last 2x.
Right now, categories haven’t hardened. Enterprise buyers are still choosing
vendors for the first time. Customer acquisition costs are relatively low. Moats
haven’t formed yet.
By 2028, most of that changes. Workflows will be locked in. Switching costs
will make it expensive to displace incumbents. Funding for new entrants
without traction will dry up.
The window isn’t about being early. It’s about being early enough that you are
the one other people have to displace.
This is exactly why I will be heading to the Inc42 AI Summit on May 28 in
Bengaluru.
It’s the lens the whole event is built around, bringing together 600 founders
who are deep in the trenches of this window right now. If you're building,
