I submitted documents to open a Pahla Kadam account for my son on 18th September,2026. On 22nd September, I received an sms saying request to link CIF *****15 to my ph number and I replied Yes. No communication then after. No idea about current status.

@IDBI_Bank It's more than 10 days since my fastag closed but refund not credited to my bank. How long should I wait? It's really frustrating to keep any relation with your bank. The worst service.

@IDBI_Bank Fastag closed on 13th July but balance not received till date. Really very bad service from IDBI Bank. That's why advise not use fastag or any service from your bank.

My municipal mutation approved and certificate issued on 28/08/2024. Paid tax in cash for 2025-26 on 02/02/2026. But in portal, the name of previous owner is still showing with 2025-26 tax as outstanding.

Trying to transfer money from my bank to @IndiaPostOffice SB account using IFSC- IPOS0000DOP but transaction failed saying invalid IFS Code. Pls help.
