[Krishna Kulkarni @Krishna74758027]

I booked a new JioFiber connection request on 22nd Apr 2025. An engineer visited and said the connection is not possible. I'm waiting for refund of 1,111 rs from 22 Apr.

@JioCare Just tell me one thing, after booking the service on 22 Apr, what did you do from the last one month?

[Krishna Kulkarni @Krishna74758027]

@JioCare What's the use of sending dm?? You are still asking only to wait for an engineer visit: Order pending from 22 Apr. Just give me refund

[Krishna Kulkarni @Krishna74758027]

@JioCare The order is in progress from 22 Apr. I don't want any installation now, just cancel my order and give me refund.

Upon asking customer care, they say this can only be cancelled from backend team. It's a complete waste of money, do not ever book and pay advance for JioFiber connection they will keep you in ♾️ loop. LR00000NQQ37
