@GodrejAppliance The worst after sales service provider company for Electrical appliances I ever experienced. Even after escalations & reminders no action taken . Think they only works on legal proceedings.

@GodrejAppliance As usual the first SMS came saying Technician is on the way & final closure SMS saying thank you. When Godrej can’t able to provide after sales service what’s the logic of selling the product with wrong information.

@GodrejAppliance Your team arrived to my house with a wrong product . Assured me that the right product will be ordered & once the same is received , they will replace. That is the real update, I have no idea what your team updated to you. The issue is still in unresolved state .

@GodrejAppliance The complaint closed at 11.42pm after your last message. Is this just to save your reputation on social media I think you are giving assurance but your team doing all the nuisance. Again a complaint raised & possibly this is the last time . Next time get ready for a legal notice

@GodrejAppliance worst after sales experience,AC purchased on 8th March26,problem in display noticed & complained on 8th June, two times the comp closed saying “main customer is NA” without trying to visit the premise or contacting.Godrej is better for key & locker & not for AC.

@BrahmapurCorp @HUDDeptOdisha @Ganjam_Admin Thank you for the quick response,drain is filled with sand, cleaning activity takes place only when I complain to the Corporator & that too only the garbage. During rain the drain water enters into house bcs the base is filled with sand. Pls initiate a complete cleaning.
