STILL I need to attend the trail ? Even after court said no need..and said NO to passport seizure...and HC said there is no reason for u to stop. U did it again.

Lower court said no need of me to attend the court and I can go ..even high court said I can leave the country. STILL U STOPPED US at airport . WHY ?

Dear DGP sir, even after HC orders, PS Madhapur is stopping us to travel abroad. This is the third time they stopped us even after bail, expired LOC ,trail court orders and High court orders. I am stuck here with my daughter from last 10 months. PLEASE HELP.

Immigration people are saying they do not obey the high court orders and only follow local police orders? Is that the policy ? Loc is not extended with in one year still they say it is active. HC gave permission to leave the country still they say LOC is active.

Dear Sir, if u are planning to file a counter later, are the high court orders invalid until then? Or they become invalid after you file the counter?

I am still waiting at the airport after checkin waiting for police department approval as per BOI officials. We already submitted all the court orders to BOI office and to police authorities.
