Only 11 days in the new year so many things will happen this year: moving up to teach primary- grade 1 ☺️, accepted to Uni of Sunderland for PGCE, moving to new apartment in July and 🤞hopefully visiting home after 4 years stuck in CN
December was a very eventful month. Bronchitis to getting Covid-19 to the following week getting surgery. I’m ready for 2023 and borders are opening up after 3 years in China!!
@mariacharlene21 For sure.. and one big thing I don’t know how I’ll interact with everyone I am still friends with. Haha back to being very awkward for sure
It is that time again where this next month I’ll be listing pros and cons of staying another year in China. Always the most stress I get when I try to really think what to do as my decision affects my life for the following year
@mariacharlene21 Haha hard part is if I do leave what will I do back home. I’ll be at a loss for sure with how Independent I have become and the culture shock as well
After the phone call from my parents and looking at family events.. it’s sad I haven’t been part of them for 3 years now. Please I can go home to visit soon
Can’t travel back to Canada easily due to policy here in China… but stress and challenges are still faced to even travel within the country. Hopefully the trip to Zhangjiajie goes smoothly
I’m excited to finally get my tattoo that is resembling the country my parents are from and the blood I have. Shared the design to my artist and she didn’t want to change anything. Baybayin is beautiful.
@marsreiiko 😢😢😢if anything you can join my imaginary community. We dance in our pjs around our room just letting everything out. Jokes aside. I hope you find the community that you trust because you are a great dancer!!
Hosting my first ever volleyball tournament. It’s stressful but I’m excited to have it happen just before the high school students we play with leave to go off to university
