@RailMinIndia today on 26th March 2024 i was boarding Rajdhani from Trichur to Nizammudin Train No. 12431 At 11.50pm the announcement was made that train will come at platform 1 and it came at platform 2 by the time we rushed most of the compartments doors were closed

Further to this the train moved and most of the passengers with families could not catch the train. we urge the rail minist to appoint some educated people instead of uneducated people
