My Paytm bank account was blocked after that I've talked to cyber cell officer and after all the process the cyber cell officer has sent the NOC for unblocking my account. But my bank account is still blocked

I tried many times contacting alwal police station they answered me once and then blocked my mobile number and not contacting me again. I provided with all the required information then also they are treating me like this. Shame on you guys.
