अमेरिका के सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ट्रंप के लगाए टैरिफ को रद्द कर दिया है। अभी
लोग ट्रंप के संदर्भ में इस फ़ैसले को देख रहे है���, सही भी है लेकिन जल्दी ही यह फैसला दुनिया भर के टॉप कोर्ट के प्रति लोगों का नज़रिए बदल देगा। मान लिया गया था कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट जैसी संस्था अब मनमाने नेताओं के हिसाब से चलने लगी है और यह कभी नहीं बदलेगा लेकिन अमेरिका के सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ट्रंप की मनमानी पर रोक लगा कर BAR का BAR RAISE कर दिया है। इसका मतलब है कि अमेरिका में अभी सब ख़त्म नहीं हुआ है और इतनी जल्दी ख़त्म नहीं होगा। यह फ़ैसला राजनीतिक दबावों के आगे झुकती न्याय व्यवस्था की रीढ़ सीधी करने का काम करेगा। संस्थाएँ फिर से खड़ी हो सकती हैं। अब भी खड़ी हो सकती है। यह फैसला कोर्ट को पार्टी की शाखा में बदलने वाले ताकतवर नेताओं को डरा रहा होगा। अभी तक सब खुश थे कि चलो अमेरिका में भी सब ख़त्म हो गया। अब किसका उदाहरण देकर कहा जाए��ा कि इस उस देश की न्याय व्यवस्था में जान नहीं बची है।
