Funny enough @firstcryindia got it wrong in new manual also. Is this a fair practice ?The people who bought this #babyhug product before operating it with wrong manual . The review that I left for the product is also not published, so looks like @firstcryindia suppresses true

Bought a #babyhug product from @firstcryindia , it was not working as mentioned in the manual ,contacted customer care, after 15 days of dilly dallying, they said no refund, no replacement and sent me a new manual as attachment in mail based on how it is working for me now😏, ...
