@vrbo’s response has been despicable. I asked if I was expected to sleep in the mouse poop and they said “that usually doesn’t happen but the rental denied your refund request.” They are the ones who advertise that rental! They should be ashamed.

I stayed @ a @vrbo property this wknd - when I got there is was destroyed and mouse poop on the couch and bed. VRBO said all they could do was submit a complaint and they’d get back to me in 72 hours. Wouldn’t find me another place to stay. Did not offer to send a cleaner. Gross.
