@WestJet How is it that @Westjet can say that they're following @CTA_gc guidelines? How does this in any way compensate me, @CTA_gc, for the initial holiday? They've essentially taken $2977 of my money, canceled the flight, held my $ for 1.5 years and you approve of this treatment.

Help! I've been robbed by @WestJet. I get that covid hurt the airline industry. I booked a vacation for Mar 28/2020. Instead of charging an admin fee & refunding me, they gave me WestJet dollars valid only for 24 months and today I learnt it only covers the base for flights.

@mikesbloggity @mikesbloggity, does this guidebook have anything to do with why @EWoolleyWard8 wants to sell off part of our regional park in the SW #RichmondGreen? It's been a real lifesaver to many during covid and the community voted against it. Yet @cityofcalgary is going forward with it.

What gives me hope is that if we dig deeper into how our emotions work, we find that attachment and hatred depend on a misconception of reality. We can evaluate them, weighing their pros and cons. We need to use our intelligence to regulate such emotions.
