Terrible return policy & experience with @Gap! They use the ship date, not received date to start the timer. The call center said to take it to the store but store says they can't take any swim. I tried 3 ways to return & now I am stuck with something that doesn't fit! Frustrated

@AHS_Warranty We have been working for months to get payment for our AC repair. They have gone radio slient and are impossible to get a hold of. Very disappointed with their service! 😡

@United Our return was the maiden flight from Naples to Newark. At checkin they passed out invitations for party which was the biggest shit show full of rude employees shoving customers, mass chaos, standing in a cramped space for an hour, just so they could take some photos 😡

Terrible flying experience with @united to and from Italy. Our initial flight to Newark was cancelled for weather 10 hours before our flight. Even no one else in our group had any issues getting there. There solution was just go a day later. #unitedAIRLINES #unitedairlinessucks
