Does anyone have experience with myc-tag purification of proteins, particularly w/ detergent? My myc-tagged lipoprotein is almost completely in the flowthrough, very little binding. Sample is in 0.5% DDM for solubilization. Too much? Does myc purification tolerate detergent? ๐๐
