✨ You’re not here to repeat the past… you’re here to gently change it.
Every boundary you set, every time you choose growth… you create something new.
It ends with you.
It begins with you.
💫 You are the evolution. #GenerationalHealing#CycleBreaker

Safety is the doorway to intimacy.
In To Me You See 💝
Not chemistry.
Not intensity.
Not trauma-bond closeness.
Safety.
When someone is emotionally safe, your body stops bracing.
Your nervous system exhales.
You stop editing yourself to stay connected.
That’s when intimacy becomes possible.
Not the kind built on urgency or fear of loss,
but the kind that grows slowly, steadily, and deeply.
Safe people don’t rush your healing.
They don’t test your boundaries.
They don’t make you earn basic care.
They let you arrive as you are.
Messy. Tender. Human.
And because you’re not busy protecting yourself,
you can actually open.
This is why real intimacy feels calm, not chaotic.
Grounded, not consuming.
Secure, not addictive.
If connection makes you feel smaller, anxious, or on edge,
that’s not passion.
That’s your body asking for safety.
The deepest relationships are built with people who feel steady to your nervous system.
That’s where trust lives.
That’s where desire softens into devotion.
That’s where intimacy becomes sustainable.
@rubyheartdrips@CDemanincor A library like this is a dream for the future. It’ll be deep in the mountains and woods and plenty of glass and sunlight 🔥 a cozy chair and a hot cup of tea
You didn’t come into this life empty.
You came carrying echoes.
Not as punishment.
As inheritance.
Grief that never learned how to leave the body.
Fear that learned to stay alert.
Love that learned to shrink to survive.
That is ancestral memory.
Not loud.
Not dramatic.
Just quietly living in the nervous system.
The feminine line learned to endure.
To soften her voice.
To stay attuned to everyone else’s needs so she wouldn’t be abandoned.
She learned to hold pain in her womb, her chest, her throat.
She learned to survive by becoming small enough to be safe.
The masculine line learned to protect.
To brace.
To carry the unspoken weight of everyone else’s fear.
He learned to stay strong by staying silent.
To survive by becoming solid instead of soft.
Both lines learned survival.
Neither learned rest.
Healing is not rebellion.
It’s remembrance.
It’s the dark feminine remembering she is allowed to feel without collapsing.
It’s the sacred masculine remembering he is allowed to soften without disappearing.
When you heal, you don’t erase the past.
You complete it.
You tell the feminine line, you no longer have to carry this alone.
You tell the masculine line, you no longer have to be the wall.
That’s why healing feels lonely at first.
You’re walking ahead of the lineage.
You’re teaching the body a new ending.
And when one nervous system learns safety,
the entire bloodline breathes easier.
May what ends with me become peace for those who came before and those who come after.

I absolutely love that you’re doing this!! The overwhelming number of books to read is in the banana zone 😂 Hard to pick one. Right now I’m reading this and it’s packed full of 💎. I also appreciate how we can download everything and save to read later. The books alone are worth the monthly subscription aside from the community itself.
This is Bruce Lipton, a cell biologist who believes our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions can influence our bodies. He says our cells are like tiny computers that listen to what we think and feel. When we feel safe, hopeful, or loved, our bodies work better. When we feel scared or stressed all the time, our bodies can struggle. His big idea is that our mindset matters for our health.
Watching this reminded me of Steven Porges, a scientist who studies how our nervous system helps us feel safe or what happens when we become stressed.
He created something called the polyvagal theory.
Your body has a superpower called the vagus nerve. It’s like a safety switch inside you. It has three settings:
https://t.co/G41hoVoVep & Social Mode
When your body feels safe, you can talk, smile, learn, and connect. Your heart and breathing are calm. This is your “I’m OK” mode.
2.Fight or Flight Mode
When your body feels danger, it gets you ready to run or protect yourself. Your heart beats faster, your muscles get tight, and your brain focuses on the threat.
3.Freeze Mode
When things feel too big or too scary, your body might shut down a little. You go quiet, pull back, or feel numb. It’s your system trying to protect you.
Porges explains that we don’t choose these modes. Our body switches between them automatically to keep us safe. When we understand these responses, we can be kinder to ourselves and others 💝
Your brain is secretly running someone else’s operating system — and it’s controlling 95% of your life right now.
Not your parents. Not even your grandparents.
Science now confirms: the programs playing in your head were downloaded from generations you’ve never met… and most of them are straight-up self-sabotage.
In this mind-blowing 1:28 clip, world-renowned biologist Dr. Bruce Lipton drops the truth bomb:
→ When your conscious mind checks out (95% of the day), you default to subconscious programs you didn’t write
→ 95% of your thoughts, decisions, and results come from those invisible scripts
→ Most of those scripts are limiting, disempowering, or outright destructive
→ You look at your life and think “This isn’t what I wanted” …but it’s exactly what the program was designed to create
The craziest part?
You’ve been blaming yourself for outcomes that were never under your conscious control in the first place.
But once you SEE the program… you can rewrite it.
This single 88-second clip has already woken up millions.
Watch it now and ask yourself one question when it ends:
Which result in my life right now is coming from a program I never chose?
Drop your answer below — no judgment, just awakening.
Let’s expose these hidden scripts together.
